I hope this message finds you healthy and happy!

This is already proving to be a whirlwind of a year. I have been working as a distributor for Visalus Sciences and also as a vocal coach for Cooper Studios in Sherwood Park. Speaking of which, Cooper Studios has a brand new facility on Main Blvd & Broadmoor Blvd – I will let you know when the grand opening is! For the first two weekends of 2012, Cooper Studios students and I have been singing up a storm in the new section of the Edmonton International Airport as well as other private venues. All this keeps me busy but I love it and wouldn’t change a thing!

I will be performing at the Kingsway Legion this weekend in Edmonton (Friday Jan. 20th & Saturday Jan. 21st from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and again at the Edmonton International Airport on Sat. Jan. 28th at 12:30PM. Looking forward to it! It’s great to be back out there on the live scene.

As you may know, I digitally released my new CD “Full Circle” via Reverbnation on 11/11/11 at 11:11 a.m. There has been a delay in the manufacturing of the physical CDs, but they will be available soon. I will keep you posted. We’re working on bonus tracks. In the meantime, digital downloads off my new CD are available here: Feel free to take a listen!

Hi!

This summer so far has not been a lazy one for me. It’s been crazy busy but fun. My next performance is at the Edmonton International Airport from 6 to 9pm on Friday, August 19th. Looking forward to it! Lots of birthdays to celebrate this month…plus my baby girl Jade turns 2 on the 21st – Happy Birthday to her in advance! I have also been teaching private voice lessons so if anyone is interested, please give me a call at 780-425-7558. I have also been selling Visalus Sciences products, which I really love! Hey everyone!

I can’t believe it’s been 3 weeks today since my hubby & I got home from Cuba. What a great trip! We took some awesome footage for my new video for my new song “Lazy Days of Summer”. It is still very much a work in progress but I will let you know once it’s finished! And a big Thank You to CBC Radio 3 Saskatchewan Weekend & Manitoba for playing my song!!! A big thanks to Jim Stoeber of Tegancat Music for recording it!

The writing process is mostly all finished; I have two more brand new songs to record, then just to finish up a couple more existing songs. Then to mix and master…photoshoot and get promotion lined up. It’s very much an exciting time! I plan on releasing it in November 2011.

In the meantime, thanks so much for your patience and support. This CD has been a long time coming. Music is my passion and always will be! It has been very much a balancing act – motherhood and music – but it’s all worth it in the end!

My next upcoming gig is on Canada Day at 1pm in the arena area by Festival Place in front of Broadmoor Lake in Sherwood Park, AB. I recently danced and sang in the parents number for the Sunshine Generation Year End Recital at Festival Place! That was fun!

Speaking of “Sunshine Generation”, my daughter Jasmine will be singing and dancing on the “Sunshine Generation Float” on Canada Day at 10am on July 1st, and to recap, I’ll be performing in the afternoon! I’ll be performing a few of my originals alongside backup singer Maryanne Schwartz. Fun times ahead!
